Your stay

In view of the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic and the current measures, we are informing you of an extension of the visit times from Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Each patient will now have the right to a maximum of two visits per day, these cannot exceed one hour per visit, and this regardless of the location of the clinic (bedrooms, upper lounges, etc.). We would like to remind you that for patients in double rooms, visits must be made outside the room (upstairs lounges).

In addition, we announce that our restaurant reopens its doors to visitors on Monday, June 21. However, and in order to respect social distancing, certain restrictions will be in place and it will be necessary to book if you want to come and have a meal with your loved ones. Reservations are made only at reception and at least 24 hours in advance and before 8:00 p.m.

Our servers will set the tables with respect for social distances and according to defined seating plans. If you have any questions, we are at your disposal on +41 (0) 22 436 36 36

Visits

Normal visiting hours are between 11am and 8pm. Please respect these times for the benefit of patients’ treatment and rest.

If you would like to share lunch or dinner with a family member or friend, simply inform reception the day before.

Hotel Quality

Each of our bright and sunny single or double rooms is ergonomically planned and furnished in a contemporary style.

Each room has a private bathroom, direct telephone line, flat-screen television and wifi.

Our housekeeper ensures that patients enjoy a high standard of accommodation throughout their stay.

Catering

Meals are prepared in our kitchens, by our own kitchen staff, under the supervision of a chef and our dietitian. We take pride in serving varied, nutritionally balanced menus which are compliant with patients’ dietary and medical requirements, in the pleasant surroundings of our restaurant. In certain cases, if their condition allows, patients can take their meals in their room.

Quality certification

Clinique Bois-Bougy was awarded ISO 9001 certification in July 2014. This was renewed in December 2017. This reflects the clinic’s high standard of service, as well as the constant dedication of management and medical personnel to providing excellence at every level.

Setting

The clinic is set in ten acres of landscaped grounds, with two large decked areas for patients and visitors to enjoy. The gardens are also used for physical therapy, walking groups and for balance exercises. These activities play an important role in preparing patients for their return home, as they recreate the type of environment they will encounter in daily life.

Well-being and leasure

For patients’ comfort and convenience, the clinic also provides:

  • a hairdressing service and beauty treatments
  • a kiosk selling confectionery, magazines and personal hygiene products
  • books and board games (these can be borrowed from reception)
  • pleasant lounges and outdoor areas for sitting with visitors
  • a Nespresso machine and snack menu for patients and visitors
